Merchter is a merchandise company that artists and brands use to design, manufacture, and ship their products to fans worldwide. We help artists and brands create amazing merchandise and sell on our platform. We even handle tour merchandise for live event needs! We handle all aspects of merchandise production, so your favourite artists and brands can focus on developing fresh, creative ideas for you!

Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays please allow up to 1 week of processing and shipping time on all items. We will send you tracking information once your item has left our facility!

If your order has not been printed yet we can definitely help you!

Please email help@merchter.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email the order was made with
  • The new size you are requesting

You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped.

If you would like to change your shipping address, email help@merchter.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email the order was made with
  • Your request and new shipping address.

You will not be able to cancel your order if it has already been printed.
